After Ukraine gained independence and new civil legislation was adopted, the members of civil legal relations received a possibility to settle a substantial quantity of their relations at their own discretion  by concluding a contract. The terms agreed by the parties in such a contract are binding for them. Therefore, a number of circumstances are to be considered, when concluding such a contract: conformity of contract terms to the demands of legislation, agreement on all the key terms, possible risks which may arise as a result of the contract conclusion etc.
