On February 13, 2020, company lawyers Taras Seniv and Yaroslav Hasyak took part in the LVIV LEGAL CRIMINAL TALKS event, which was organized by the Association of Lawyers of Ukraine. During the event, the specifics of the High Anti-Corruption Court’s consideration of cases related to corruption crimes, the conduct of secret investigative (search) actions, competition in the selection of preventive measures, and other topical issues of the application of criminal procedural legislation were discussed. Judges of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court, detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, judges of local courts and lawyers shared their views on law enforcement trends.
