The company’s lawyers successfully defended the interests of the client – a business entity that extracts minerals of local importance in the territory of the Lviv region. In January 2017, the decision of the Commercial Court of Lviv Region, which refused to satisfy the lawsuits filed by the Prosecutor’s Office of Lviv Region regarding the invalidation of land lease contracts with a total area of 1030.45 hectares, was upheld. and the obligation to return these plots of land.
The prosecutor’s office of the Lviv region made a decision about the inexpediency of further challenging the court decisions of the appellate instance in the cassation procedure.
