On June 15, 2016, the decision of the Kyiv Commercial Court of Appeal left unchanged the decision of the Kyiv Commercial Court, which refused to satisfy the claim for collection from our client (who is the owner of a shopping and entertainment center) in favor of its tenant (who is one of the largest operators on the market for the sale of construction materials) more than 2 million euros in fines for violating the terms of the contract on the restriction of competition.
